Delivery Policy
All our services (airport transfers, private transfers, tours, etc.) at Istanbul Shuttle Travel are service-based and scheduled upon reservation. There is no physical product delivery.
Your booking is fulfilled by our drivers at the specified date and time, based on the selected service. Delivery is considered completed once the service is provided on time and as agreed.
Refund and Cancellation Terms
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund.
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: No refund.
No-show Policy:
If the customer is not present at the scheduled location and time, no refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
