These terms of use are binding for all users who visit, register, or make a reservation on the Istanbul Shuttle Travel site. By using our site, you agree to these terms.<\/p>

1. Scope of Service<\/h2>

Istanbul Shuttle Travel provides chauffeur-driven and insured premium transfer services from Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), and designated points within Istanbul. All vehicles have valid licenses and insurance.<\/p>

2. Reservation and Payment<\/h2>

• Your reservations are only valid upon payment confirmation or bank transfer verification.<\/li>
• The displayed price includes all taxes, highway\/bridge fees, driver service, complimentary water, and the first 60 minutes of waiting time.<\/li>
• Online payments are processed via the iyzico platform; your card information is not stored on our servers.<\/li>
• Reservation confirmation is sent to you by email at the end of the transaction process. It is recommended to carry the voucher with you on the day of travel.<\/li> <\/ul>

  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>

  • Up to 24 hours before the trip time:<\/strong> free cancellation.<\/li>
  • Cancellations between 24 and 6 hours:<\/strong> 50% refund of the total fee.<\/li>
  • Cancellations less than 6 hours before or no-shows:<\/strong> no refund.<\/li>
  • If your flight is canceled by the airline; free cancellation or rescheduling rights are granted.<\/li>
  • Refunds are processed to the same card within 3-10 business days after approval.<\/li> <\/ul>

    4. Passenger Responsibilities<\/h2>

    • Provide accurate and complete information during reservation.<\/li>
    • Keep flight information updated (code, time changes).<\/li>
    • Comply with luggage capacity (specified according to vehicle capacity).<\/li>
    • No smoking inside the vehicle; coordinate food\/drink consumption with the driver.<\/li>
    • Be responsible for any material damages caused to the vehicle.<\/li> <\/ul>

      5. Child Seat and Additional Services<\/h2>

      Child\/infant seats and additional services are prepared free or for an extra fee upon confirmation if selected during reservation. For last-minute changes, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance.<\/p>

      6. Waiting Times<\/h2>

      • Airport transfers include the first 60 minutes of waiting free of charge<\/strong> from the flight landing time.<\/li>
      • Additional waiting time is charged per hour started; rates can be found on the reservation screen or by contacting our support line.<\/li>
      • For city\/hotel transfers, the free waiting time is 15 minutes.<\/li> <\/ul>

        7. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

        Istanbul Shuttle Travel is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by traffic conditions, weather, road works, natural disasters, war, strikes, or other force majeure events. We are also not liable for items left behind by passengers inside the vehicle; found items are kept for 30 days.<\/p>

        8. Insurance<\/h2>

        All trips are covered by valid legal traffic insurance and personal accident insurance. The insurance policy includes limits set per vehicle.<\/p>

        9. Membership and Account<\/h2>

        • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.<\/li>
        • You are responsible for the security of your password and all activities under your account.<\/li>
        • Accounts may be suspended without prior notice if false information, misuse, or violations of others' rights are detected.<\/li> <\/ul>

          10. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

          Site content (text, logo, images, code, brand) is the intellectual property of Istanbul Shuttle Travel unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.<\/p>

          11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2>

          These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.<\/p>
